Arcana is a service of Adelix Automation. By purchasing a reading you agree to these terms.
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all services and products of Arcana, a service of Adelix Automation (Chamber of Commerce no.: [to be added]).
2. Products and services
Arcana provides AI-generated tarot readings: digital products for reflection and entertainment. Spreads range from a daily card (€2.99) to a Celtic Cross (€12.99). A reading is not a prediction and not professional (medical, legal, financial or psychological) advice.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Payment is handled by Stripe, our payment partner. Available payment methods: iDEAL, Bancontact and credit card (Visa, Mastercard). We never store card details ourselves.
4. Right of withdrawal
Readings are digital products delivered immediately after payment. You expressly request immediate delivery and thereby waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the reading is generated. Unsure? Try the free demo spread first.
5. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy (see the Privacy page).
6. Intellectual property
All texts, images and software of Arcana are protected by copyright. Your reading is for personal use; commercial reuse is not permitted.
7. Disclaimer
Our disclaimer applies to all readings (see the Disclaimer page): readings are for reflection and entertainment, not prediction or advice.
8. Liability
Decisions you make based on a reading are your own responsibility. Adelix Automation is not liable for their consequences.
9. Changes
We reserve the right to change these terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase remains applicable to that purchase.
