Privacy Policy

We process as little data as possible and protect what we keep.

1. What we process

Your email, your (encrypted) question, your country for VAT, and technical data such as a hashed IP. Your question is stored encrypted (AES-256).

2. Analytics

We use Plausible for website statistics: a privacy-friendly alternative that sets no cookies and collects no personal data. Aggregated, anonymous data only.

3. Storage

Your data is stored with Supabase on servers in the EU, encrypted at rest.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). Your card or bank details never reach our servers.

5. Email

We only send transactional email (your reading, your payment receipt) via Resend. No marketing, no newsletters without separate consent.

6. AI processing by third parties

We use Anthropic (USA) to generate readings. Your question is processed there temporarily and is not used to train models. A data-processing agreement is in place with Anthropic.

7. Your GDPR rights

You have the right to access, rectification, deletion, portability and objection. You can delete your data yourself via the “Delete data” page — no email needed.

8. Retention periods

Sessions 30 days, readings 90 days, accounting/audit data 7 years (legal obligation).
